1. Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer a limited window for reporting issues. Eligibility is determined by the time of notification:

  • Within 2 Days of Delivery: We will arrange a complimentary 1-to-1 exchange at no additional cost to you.

  • Days 3 to 7: Exchanges reported during this period will incur a standard delivery fee of RM10, depending on your location.

  • After 7 Days: Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be entertained once the 7-day grace period has elapsed.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

  • All original tags, seals, and accessories must remain intact.

  • Visual Proof: You must provide clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or the incorrect item received.

3. Support & Resolution

For the fastest resolution, we process all requests exclusively via WhatsApp. We do not monitor email for exchange requests, as this may lead to unnecessary delays.
